Depending on the configuration and use of different AI models or providers, additional costs may arise for use. You can find the providers' price lists here:

? How can I pay for the license?

You will receive an invoice from us showing VAT, which you can pay by bank transfer.

? How is the installation and configuration carried out?

After we have received your payment, we will send you a data sheet in which you can specify your configuration. We will carry out the installation and configuration based on this data sheet (specification).

? Can I make changes to the software?

Yes, as an administrator you have full access to the configuration and you can also change the source code as it is openly accessible. Please remember that if you make changes to the source code we cannot guarantee that the software will work properly and we can only provide limited support.

? How long will I receive updates?

Receiving updates is unlimited.

? How long will I receive support after purchase?

Depending on the license, you will receive 6 months (standard license) or 12 months (extended license) of support from us. After that, you can extend the support if you wish. The price for an extension is EUR 99.00 for six months. Support is provided by email (support@aifellows.eu) or by phone at +49 931 301 97 79-0.

? Can I upgrade from Standard to Advanced License?

Yes, that is possible. In this case, you will receive a new license key from us after you have paid the difference in the license fees.

? Can I operate a SaaS model with a license?

No, the AI ​​Fellows licenses are intended exclusively for internal company or organizational use. Operating a commercial SaaS business model is not possible.
